You get original hits by the original artists - arranged in beats per minute to get your heart pumping. The music variety - rock, pop pop dance music and funk - gives you enough variety to help avoid boredom. And with an introductory pep talk on each CD by Tony Little, you'll feel like you've got your own personal trainer right there with you. Tony's designed these CDs to be usable pop dance music and fun for people of all different fitness levels. Each contains about 5 minutes of warm-up pop dance music and 5 minutes of cool-down tunes. Then you select your approx. 15-minute work-out from beginner, intermediate, advanced or super advanced levels. So in 25 minutes, you can have fun pop dance music and exercise whether it's on your Gazelle, running, walking, dancing or more. And since the transition from song to song within each grouping is seamless, you won't experience those awkward moments - deciding what pace to keep while you're waiting for the next track.
